The former head of Microsoft’s Windows division is now a Harvard Professor. Steven Sinofsky who was let go by Microsoft bounce back on his feet as a Executive in Residence for Harvard Business School. In his new job Sinofsky will perform tasks such as research, writing, teaching students product development, planning, collaboration, and more.

Well it looks like the courts have spoken and that Apple’s patented Pinch to Zoom has been mark as invalid. Apple will appeal the ruling and the ongoing dispute with Samsung will continue in court. Samsung has been trying to reduce the 1 Billion in damages that Apple won against Samsung for patent infringement.
